近几年来,北京市的结核病防治工作主要是以集体单位防痨(团体防痨)为主,主要工作对象是实行劳保条例的工矿企业中的职工和享受公费医疗待遇的机关干部、学校工作人员等。开展集体单位防痨工作的原因:一方面是根据卫生工作为社会主义建设、为社会主义工业化而服务的原则;另一方面是因为集体单位比较能够满足开展防痨工作所需要的经济和物质条件,使防痨工作在这部分群众中有可能积极地开展。这样作法,在过去几年中的情况下是正确的,也取得了一定的成绩。
