近年来,我国非公企业流动党员的发展呈现出了数量逐年增多、来源越来越广,流向不断变化、结构复杂优化、流动时间延长等特点。流动党员的变化与发展,一方面适应了我国单位制社会结构解构和就业方式多样化的趋势,促进了我国非公有制企业蓬勃发展,另一方面,又为我国非公有制企业党建管理带来了新的发展机遇,提出了新的挑战。
