中国电子学会委托中国科学院半导体研究所、四机部一四四四研究所、长春半导体厂共同筹办的《全国半导体激光器和发光器件学术讨论会》于1980年12月12日至16日在四川永川一四四四所举行。参加这次会议的有特邀代表高鼎三、冯志超教授,高级工程师杨妲彩同志。有来自全国科研单位、高等院校、工业部门等36个单位,98名代表。中国电子学会、四机部科技局、十四院等领导机关的领导和有关同志也出席了会议。会议成立了领导小组,由王启明同志主持了这次学术讨论会。
China Institute of Electronics commissioned the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, four four Department of four four four institutes, Changchun Semiconductor Factory jointly organized by the “National Semiconductor lasers and light devices Symposium,” December 12, 1980 December 16 in Sichuan Yongchuan One four four four held. The meeting set up a leading group chaired by Comrade Wang Qiming this seminar.
