本文通过分析政府在突发事件中保持良好形象所面临公众要求的理想化和突发事件不确定化等挑战,进而提出塑造我国政府在突发性实践中良好形象的途径,突发性事件在我国层出不穷,这已经不是一个空洞的理论问题,而是一个严峻的现实问题。政府作为一个重要的主体在处理突发事件的过程中处于不可缺少的地位。因此建立一个高效、透明、责任型的政府形象对突发事件的完美解决十分重要。
By analyzing the challenges such as the idealization of the public demands and the uncertainty of emergencies, the government faces the challenge of maintaining a good image in emergencies and puts forward some measures to mold the good image of our government in unexpected practice. Our country emerges in endlessly, which is not an empty theoretical issue, but a serious practical problem. As an important subject, the government plays an indispensable role in the handling of emergencies. Therefore, it is very important to establish an efficient, transparent and responsible government image to solve the emergencies perfectly.
