小儿腹泻临床上很常见,本人自1989年以来应闲七味白术散治疗小儿腹泻,疗效满意,现总结如下: 1 临床资料 年龄最大12岁,最小5个月,2岁以下占30例。病例选择均为水泻、久泻患儿。迁延性腹泻(病程在2周至2个月之间)38例;慢性腹泻(病程在2个月以上)2例,大例常规检查:未见白细胞及红细胞等。 2 治疗方法 药物组成 党参9g,白术9g,茯苓9g,藿香9g,木香9g,葛根9g,甘草6g。 方法及剂量 根据小儿年龄药量酌减。每日1剂,每剂煎2次,共50～100ml。分2～4次口服。 用药天数 用药7天内34例,7～14天6例,14天全部停药。 疗效评价 治愈为每日成形大便1至2次。好转力每日变稠大例3至4次。无效为大例次数和粪便性状无改变。

Days of medication medication 34 cases within 7 days, 7 to 14 days in 6 cases, 14 days all withdrawal. Efficacy evaluation cured daily formed stool 1 to 2 times. Turning force daily thickening 3 to 4 times a large case. Invalid for a large number of cases and no change in fecal traits.
