我厂是机械电子工业部生产扬声器的专业厂,主要生产设备中压力机占的比重较大。有些国外进口的压力机是老式的,既无图纸又无说明书,维修比较困难。如我厂有一台苏联60年代初生产的100t压力机,在使用时曲轴突然断裂(图1)。我厂无能力制做新曲轴,与国内几家生产厂联系虽可订货,但要为此设计专用工装,报价高达1万元,且加工周期长达一个半月。经过再三分析,决定将曲轴断裂部分对接起来加以修复。具体方法如下。 I plant is the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics production of speakers professional factory, the main production equipment in the press accounted for a larger proportion.
