人格魅力的普遍缺失是课改环境下许多语文教师的共同特点,具体表现在师德水平不高,教学缺乏个性,文化底蕴不厚等方面。传统教育理念、应试教育、市场经济等因素是制约语文教师人格魅力形成的主要原因。要改变这种困境,就要通过树立正确的语文教育价值观,营造宽松的教学环境,夯实国学功底等途径来重塑语文教师的人格魅力。
The common lack of charisma is the common feature of many Chinese teachers under the curriculum reform environment, which is manifested in the following aspects: the level of ethics is not high, the teaching lacks personality, and the culture is not thick. The traditional education concept, exam-oriented education, market economy and other factors are the main reasons restricting the formation of personality charisma of language teachers. To change this dilemma, it is necessary to reshape the charisma of language teachers through establishing correct values of Chinese education, creating a relaxed teaching environment and consolidating the foundation of Guoxue studies.
