用来冲制电池锌筒的冲棒一般由高速钢制作,若采用常规热处理工艺进行淬火、回火,冲棒使用寿命不高(每根只能冲2万只锌筒),失效形式一方面是表面耐磨性不够,另一方面易产生脆断。现采用下述工艺:1.低温淬火工艺:高速钢冲棒先经低温(560±10℃)和中温(850±10℃)两次预热后,转入高温盐浴中加热,W18Cr4V钢的淬火加热温度为1250~1260℃, W6Mo5Cr4V2钢为1180~1190℃,淬火加热时间按10s/mm计算,保温后入280±30℃硝盐浴,停留2~5min,空冷到室温,然后在560±10℃连续回火三次,每次1.5~2h。检查硬度,可达HRC62~64。
