目的为研究下颌骨截骨整形手术,建立生物力学相似性较高的无牙下颌骨和颞下颌关节三维有限元模型。方法以颅颌面系统正常的女性青年志愿者为标本,用CT断层扫描,结合Solidworks和Ansys软件建模。采用只承受拉力的Link10单元模拟下颌韧带和咀嚼肌约束,采用接触单元对关节窝约束进行模拟。结果建立了包括颞下颌关节、肌肉和韧带的正常下颌骨三维有限元总体模型。可根据实验设计建立实验分模型。结论提高了模型的相似性,为进一步研究下颌角截骨整形奠定了基础。
Objective To study the three-dimensional finite element model of edentulous mandible and temporomandibular joint with high biomechanical similarity in order to study the mandibular osteotomy. Methods Female young volunteers with normal cranial and maxillofacial system were selected as the specimens. CT scans were performed with Solidworks and Ansys software. Link10 unit was used to simulate the restraint of the mandibular ligament and masticator, and the contact unit was used to simulate the restraint of the joint. Results The three-dimensional finite element model of normal mandible including temporomandibular joint, muscle and ligament was established. According to the experimental design to establish experimental sub-model. Conclusion The similarity of the model is improved, which lays the foundation for further study of osteotomy of mandibular angle.
