随着杭州地区经济的快速发展,对中职护理专业人才的需求也在发生变化,现有的课程体系已不能适应用人市场及学生自我发展的需要。要适应这种需要,必须优化杭州地区中职护理专业的课程体系,实施“就业+发展”的目标定位、“技能+创新”的内容整合、“合格+特长”的体系构建策略,形成以学生能力建构为重点,以学习领域为中心,以学习模块为内容,以教学项目为载体的中职护理专业新课程结构。
With the rapid economic development in Hangzhou, the demand for nursing professionals in secondary vocational schools is also changing. The current curriculum system can no longer meet the needs of the employment market and students’ self-development.
