我国已经进入一个社会结构多元化和利益群体分化的时代,而多样化的利益必然需要协调,资源需要整合,个人需要重新获得归属感,各种思想观念需要对在协商和对话中形成共识。客观上要求必须有一种更加有效的治理方式,才能协调各方关系,提供生活秩序,适应发展的需求,从而推动社会进步。目前我国社会治理中存在的最大问题在于社会利益协调机制不完善,而进一步完善社会利益协调机制的突破口,在于健全社会利益表达机制。
Our country has entered an era of diversification of social structure and differentiation of interest groups. However, diversified interests inevitably need to be coordinated, resources need to be integrated and individuals need to regain a sense of belonging. All kinds of ideas and concepts need to form a consensus in consultations and dialogues. Objectively speaking, we must have a more effective way of governing so as to coordinate the relations among all parties, provide a living order and meet the needs of development so as to promote social progress. At present, the biggest problem existing in social governance in our country lies in the imperfection of the coordination mechanism of social interests, and the breakthrough in further improving the coordination mechanism of social interests lies in the improvement of the mechanism for expressing social interests.
