良性软骨母细胞瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤。国外至一九七○年止共报告约185例,国内李瑞宗一九六○年报告例4例。因其少见,又有明显的骨质破坏,临床上常误诊为恶性骨肿痛。李氏所报告的4例中有3例被误诊为骨巨细胞瘤。现将我们外检中见到的一例报告如下,供参考。患者陈××,(住院号22603)男,16岁。半年前无明显诱因,遂感到右肩部酸痛,活动不便,住某医院做局部封闭治疗,症状稍改善。二个月前,因该部受撞而疼痛加 Benign chondroblastoma is a rare benign tumor.
