针对工程项目施工成本的管理问题,提出了成本管理的任务和措施,以切实强化项目成本控制,实现施工项目的各项承包指标,最大程度地节约成本。
In view of the management of construction project cost, this paper puts forward the tasks and measures of cost management in order to strengthen the project cost control, realize the project contracting index and save the cost to the greatest extent.
