采用离体豚鼠心肌组织和麻醉开胸犬,观察活心丸对心脏乳头肌收缩特性、右心房收缩力和自发节律、左心房兴奋性的直接作用,以及对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响。结果表明活心丸可提高心脏乳头肌的收缩张力(Tmax)、收缩速度(+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax);在增加右心房的收缩张力的同时对自发节律影响不大;还可降低左心房的兴奋阈值;提示活心丸对离体心肌组织的主要作用是直接加强心肌收缩性和兴奋性,但对自律性影响不大。活心丸对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响主要表现为,主动脉压(LVPmax)升高,+dp/dtmax加快,主动脉流量(CO)增多,左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)降低。结果表明活心丸在整体条件下能加强心脏的泵血功能,并且能降低心率和心肌耗氧量。同时活心丸还可使-dp/dtmax增高,提示其可提高心脏的舒张功能。
Using isolated guinea pig heart muscle tissue and anesthetized open-chest dog, observed the direct effect of Huoxin Pill on contractile properties of cardiac papillary muscles, right atrial contractility and spontaneous rhythm, left atrial excitability, and the effect on cardiac hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. . The results showed that Huoxin Pill can increase the contractile tension (Tmax) and the contraction velocity (+dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax) of cardiac papillary muscles; it has little effect on the spontaneous rhythm while increasing the contraction tension of the right atrium; it can also reduce the left The threshold of atrial excitability suggests that the main effect of Huoxue Pill on isolated myocardial tissue is to directly enhance myocardial contractility and excitability but have little effect on self-discipline. The effect of Huoxue Pill on cardiac hemodynamics of anesthetized dogs was mainly due to the increase of aortic pressure (LVPmax), acceleration of +dp/dtmax, increase of aortic flow (CO), and decrease of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP). The results show that Huoxue Pills can enhance the pumping function of the heart under overall conditions and can reduce heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption. At the same time, Huoxin Pill can also increase -dp/dtmax, suggesting that it can increase the diastolic function of the heart.
