如何促使中国图书“走出去”并在“量”和“质”上都有切实的提高,一直是中国出版人的情结。今年6月,在国务院新闻办公室、新闻出版广电总局联合主办的“中国图书对外推广计划”工作会议上,在版权输出方面一直领先的北京大学出版社,荣获特别贡献奖。“北大出版”何以能走出国门、享誉国际,他们在版权贸易特别是版权输出方面有哪些经验与业界共享?带着这些问题,本刊记者走访了北大出版社负责版权管理事务的金娟萍书记。
