2010年海南国际旅游岛建设正式启动,作为热带滨海城市,三亚迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。为实现2020年初步建成世界一流的海岛休闲度假旅游胜地,三亚的地产项目鳞次栉比。但盲目的开发势必带来人口膨胀、物价和房价高涨,同时伴随着环境的污染、生态的破坏。因此,三亚的地产项目需要引进海绵城市建设中低影响开发的理念,构建与自然相适应的项目建设方案,以减少城镇开发对环境的冲击,保护自然生态系统平衡,从而实现国际旅游岛的开放之岛、绿色之岛、文明之岛、和谐之岛建设目标。
Hainan International Tourism Island in 2010 officially started construction, as a tropical coastal city, Sanya ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development.
