随着电磁技术的飞速发展,磁场干涉下的干摩擦磨损特性研究成为重要课题。本文归纳了国内外磁场干摩擦研究的现状。从三个方面分析阐述了前期研究的不足,如对磁学参数和性能的关注较少,试验研究对象有较大的偶然性,难以横向比较等。在此基础上提出利用相对耐磨性法定义磁场干涉因子,以避开因化学成分和性能不同造成的干扰,使材料磁导率成为关键变量的研究思路。
With the rapid development of electromagnetic technology, the study of dry friction and wear properties under magnetic field interference has become an important issue. This article summarizes the current situation of magnetic field dry friction at home and abroad. Analyzes and expounds the shortcomings of the previous studies from three aspects, such as less attention to the magnetic parameters and performance, larger chance of the experimental subjects, and difficulty of horizontal comparison. On the basis of this, it is proposed to define the magnetic field interference factor by using the relative wear resistance method so as to avoid the interference caused by the difference of the chemical composition and the performance, and to make the permeability of the material become the key variable.
