对于常用的直径70mm和50mm小芯样 ,其试验强度明显小于直径100mm的标准芯样试验强度和同条件150mm立方体试块强度 ,并随直径减小而减小 ,故小直径芯样的换算立方体强度不能按现行规程公式计算。小直径芯样试压强度的变异性较大 ,建议取芯数量适当增加 ,以保证检测强度的可靠性。在取芯尺寸允许情况下 ,优先选用直径70mm芯样 ,以减小变异性增大的不利影响。
For common 70mm and 50mm diameter cores, the test strength is significantly less than that of the standard core sample with a diameter of 100mm and the strength of a 150mm cube with the same conditions, and decreases with decreasing diameter. Therefore, the conversion cube of the core with small diameter is reduced. Strength cannot be calculated according to the current regulatory formula. The variability of the test strength of small-diameter core samples is relatively large. It is recommended that the number of cores be appropriately increased to ensure the reliability of the test intensity. When the core size allows, a 70mm diameter core sample is preferred to reduce the adverse effects of increased variability.
