(2)检查行星轮与行星齿轮架之间的间隙(图399),其标准间隙为0.2～0.6mm,最大不得超10mm,否则应更换止推垫片或行星齿轮架和行星轮组件。 (3)检查太阳轮、行星齿轮架、齿圈等零件的轴颈或滑动轴承处有无磨损,如有异常,应更换新件。 (4)检查单向超越离合器,如滚柱破裂、滚柱保持架断裂或内外圈滚道磨损起槽,应更换新件。如果在锁止方向上有打滑或在自由转动方向上有卡滞,也应更换。
(2) Check the clearance between the planetary gear and the planet carrier (Fig. 399). The standard clearance is 0.2 ~ 0.6mm, the maximum shall not exceed 10mm. Otherwise, the thrust washer or the planet carrier and the planetary gear should be replaced. (3) Check the sun gear, planetary gear carrier, gear ring and other parts of the journal or plain bearing wear, if abnormal, should be replaced with new pieces. (4) Check the one-way clutch, such as roller rupture, roller cage fracture or inner ring raceway wear from the groove, should be replaced with new pieces. If there is slipping in the lock direction or in the freewheeling direction there is a snap, it should be replaced.
