226例恶性血液系统疾病患者化疗后发生64例(79例次)医院感染,以上呼吸道感染最常见培养以G~-杆菌为多。院内感染菌株对常用抗生素耐药率以大肠杆菌最高。
In 226 patients with malignant hematologic diseases, 64 cases (79 cases) of nosocomial infection occurred after chemotherapy. The most common upper respiratory tract infections were G~-bacilli. Nosocomial infection strains were the most resistant to commonly used antibiotics.
