齐齐哈尔红岸版画院(对外为齐齐哈尔市版画院),成立于2015年10月,填补了鹤城文化建设历史的空白,同时,黑龙江省富拉尔基工业版画创作基地落户齐齐哈尔红岸版画院。作品以工业题材版画为主,兼顾鹤文化、冰雪和达斡尔等题材。按照我省今年“传历史记忆,展黑土风采”大文化建设的理念和要求,专门立项挖掘抢救并复刻的上世纪70年代遗失的老工业版画中的十一幅, Qiqihar Red Bank Printmaking Institute (external Qiqihar City Printmaking Institute), was established in October 2015, to fill the gaps in the history of Crane City culture, at the same time, Heilongjiang Province Fulaerji industrial print creation base settled in Red Square Qigihar printmaking Institute. In accordance with the concept and requirements for the great cultural construction of our province this year, “pass on historical memories and exhibit the style of black earth,” eleven articles in the old industrial printouts that were salvaged and replicated in the 1970s were earmarked for the project.
