旅游者是消费者但又不同于一般消费者,旅游者除享有消费者的一般权利外,还享有与旅游服务特点相适应的特殊权利。根据我国有关法律、法规规定,旅游者主要有以下几种权利: 旅游获知权旅游获知权是指旅游者在接受旅游服务中,享有获得与旅游有关的必要的知识包括服务内容以及其它相关信息的权利,旅游经营企业负有为旅游者提供真实知识或信息的义务。
