Citizen’s individual is the basic subject of modern commodity economy. Perfecting the market system, enhancing the vitality of the enterprises and transforming the functions of the government should run through the restoration and enhancement of the main line of citizen’s subjectivity. Expanding individual economic freedom is a strategic choice for deepening economic restructuring.
