In the past six months, the labor protection work of state-owned machinery farms has been improved. The guidelines for safe production in various fields have reached a certain level and some achievements have been made. However, some farms have not taken seriously enough and the safe production guidelines have not yet been implemented conscientiously. Lack of necessary systems and inspections led to the continual occurrence of accidents and some serious incidents. According to the accident briefings that have taken place in various places, the report is as follows: I. Three causes of personal accident occurred in March to May in Guangxi’s Xijiang Farm.
