各市建委、人事局、建设建材工会、公用事业(城建)局、房管局、规划局、园林局、环卫局、省建设厅直属各单位:全省建设系统广大职工在省委、省政府的领导下,以党的“十五”大精神为指导,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,努力实践江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想,积极投身社会主义现代化建设和各项改革,开拓创新、锐意进取、爱岗敬业、无私奉献,充分表现出了新时代工人阶级的高尚品质和道德风范,为推动我省建设事业发展做出了重要贡献。为了弘扬他们的奉献精神和先进事迹,省建设厅、省人事厅、省建设建材工会决定:授予河北省建设集团有限公司等39个单位“河北省建设系统先进单位”称号;授予张家口市桥西区环卫处清扫队等57个集体“河北省建设系统先进集体”称号;授予刘艳红等214名同志“河北省建设系统先进劳动模范”称号。授予申宝祥等59名同志“河北省建设系统先进工作者”称号;并颁发奖章、奖牌和荣誉证书,以资鼓励。被授予“河北省建设系统劳动模范”和“河北省建设系统先进工作者”称号的人员,享受市级劳动模范待遇。
