华星化工拟与徐州建平、江苏国华共同成立华建化工,拟建设年产10万吨三氯化磷及其附产物。该公司注册资本3,000万元,公司出资1,530万元,占注册资本的51%。华星化工10月27日发布公告称,公司与徐州市建平化工有限公司、江苏国华工贸集团有限公司经协商达成合作意向,并于2009年10月25日在安徽省合肥市正式签署了《合作协议书》,拟在安徽省和县乌江镇安徽省精细化工产业基地(华星化工园区内)投资设立安徽华建化工有限公司,拟建设年产10万吨三氯化磷(一期工程5万吨/年)及其附产物。
