在河南、河北和湖北进行了 Bt MP- 34 2菌剂田间防治大龄棉龄虫和小菜蛾试验 ,供试液剂是湖北省农科院生产的 Bt MP- 34 2粉剂 ( 160 0 0 IU/ mg)和液剂 ( 4 0 0 0 IU/ ml)稀释配制而成。试验结果表明 ,粉剂 50 0倍和 10 0 0倍液对棉龄虫 70小时的虫口减退率分别为 75.0 %~95.7%和 72 .2 %~ 85.9% ,均明显高于参试的化学农药。防治小菜蛾液剂的 10 0 0倍和 2 0 0 0倍液 4 8小时的虫口减退率分别达 98.5%和 88.4 %
The field trials of Bt MP-34 2 fungicide against Bt MP-34 2 powder (160 000 IU / kg) were conducted in Henan, Hebei and Hubei provinces. mg) and liquid preparation (40 000 IU / ml) diluted formulated.
