2011年9月,中国福利会少年宫携手美国著名公益艺术教育机构全美舞蹈协会(National Dance Institute,简称NDI)、上海市闵行区教育局等单位联合在闵行区普通中小学,开展为期三年的“舞向未来”艺术教育实验,旨在吸收国际先进艺术教育理念,让来自不同家庭背景的孩子在舞蹈中获得自信与快乐,增强想象力、创造力、毅力与团队协作等品质,从而提升未来公民的整体素养;同时引领校内外少儿舞蹈教师在国际交流中取长补短,更新教育理念,学习艺术教学策略与方法。项目实施一年来,NDI资深教师两次到上海进行示范教学、培训教师,项目组也先后派出三批教师赴美学习。在密切的交流互动中,项目组教师走进美式课堂,与NDI教师研讨教学,感受并反思中美少儿舞蹈教育的异同。笔者从课程组织、教育目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价几方面,探讨中美两国中小学舞蹈教育的特征与差异,以及由此得到的启示。

Over the past year since the implementation of the project, senior NDI teachers went to Shanghai for demonstration teaching and teacher training twice. The project team also sent three batches of teachers to the United States to study in the United States. In close exchange and interaction, the project team teachers walked into the American classroom to discuss teaching with the NDI teachers and feel and reflect on the differences and similarities in the dance education between China and the United States. The author discusses the characteristics and differences of dance education in primary and middle schools in China and the United States, and the enlightenment from the aspects of curriculum organization, education objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation.
