Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics Beijing Science and Technology Plan undertaken by the subject “indoor high-speed visible light communication system transceivers and handoff technology research and development ” has been completed as planned. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology China’s Tell lab conducted a one-way real-time 610Mbps visible light communication test on the research results. The test results show that based on 1W fluorescent white LED and PIN detector in OOK (on-off keying) modulated single-channel real-time communication transmission level
