目的评价半导体激光应用于急性冠周炎治疗的临床效果。方法 146例急性冠周炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例,对照组70例,治疗组采用常规局部冲洗上药,口服抗生素加半导体激光治疗,对照组采用常规冲洗上药加口服抗生素治疗,以3天为一个疗程。第4天检查疼痛及张口度评级,并对结果进行统计学分析,评价半导体激光的治疗效果。结果治疗组中72例治愈,4例显效,0例有效;对照组中56例治愈,10例显效,4例有效。治疗组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论半导体激光治疗急性冠周炎,可以减轻临床症状,增强临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser in the treatment of acute periarthritis. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with acute peri-periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: 76 cases in the treatment group and 70 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional local irrigation and oral antibiotics plus semiconductor laser. The control group was treated with conventional irrigation plus oral antibiotics Treatment to 3 days for a course of treatment. On the fourth day, pain and mouth opening were examined, and the results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the semiconductor laser. Results In the treatment group, 72 cases were cured, 4 cases markedly effective and 0 cases effective. In the control group, 56 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective and 4 cases effective. The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Semiconductor laser treatment of acute periarthritis can relieve clinical symptoms and enhance clinical efficacy.
