俄罗斯联邦科教部推荐使用的最新版《俄罗斯普通教育小学音乐教学大纲》(第4版,莫斯科教育出版社2013年),是由三位资深音乐教育家谢尔盖耶娃、克利茨卡娅和施马季娜共同编写的。新版大纲依然承袭了苏联音乐教育家卡巴列夫斯基的教学理念、美育思想和“中小学普及教育示范大纲”的框架范围,反映了当今俄罗斯中小学音乐教育的新气 The latest edition of the Russian General Education Primary School Music Syllabus recommended by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation (4th ed., Moscow Education Press 2013) is composed of three veteran music educators, Sergeyevna, Klitikaya and Sima Jina jointly prepared. The new edition still inherits the teaching philosophy of the Russian music educator Kabarovsky, aesthetic education and the framework of the “Outline of Universal Education for Primary and Secondary Schools”, which reflects the new atmosphere of music education in primary and secondary Russian schools today
