互联网+背景下,网络教育信息及网络数据急剧增长,导致教师的思维方式、工作方式和学生的学习方式发生重大改变。高职院校青年教师必须提升职业能力,才能应对互联网+时代高职教育面临的困境和挑战。高职青年教师职业能力提升策略应包括:更新教学理念,转变教学观念;更新知识结构,提升自我学习能力;改变教学模式,提升实践教学能力;注重参与科研,提升科研能力;培养数据意识,提升信息技术处理能力。
In the context of the Internet +, the rapid growth of online educational information and network data has led to major changes in the way teachers think, work and students’ learning styles. Young teachers in higher vocational colleges must upgrade their professional ability in order to cope with the difficulties and challenges facing higher vocational education in the Internet + era.
