207E系列柴油机气缸套的断裂,给铁路路运输的安全和经济性造成很大的危害。本文就该系列柴油机气缸套断裂作一些初步分析。一、气缸套的工作条件 207E系列柴油机的气缸直径为207毫米,活塞行程2×154毫米,有效压缩比为15:1,活塞平均速度为7.2米/秒,最大爆发压力为86公斤/厘米~2,排气温度不大于390℃。气缸套在高温、高压和受摩擦、受腐蚀的条件下工作。该气缸套为湿式气缸套,在气缸套的外侧有一水套,用水作冷却介质。
