对牛蒡子（ＡｒｃｔｉｕｍｌａｐｐａＬ．）进行了核型分析，结果表明染色体数目为２ｎ＝３６，核型公式为ｋ（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝３６＝２２ｍ＋１４ｓｍ，核型为“２Ｂ”型，核型不对称系数为５８．２９％。，染色体的相对长度组成为２ｎ＝３６＝４Ｌ＋１２Ｍ＿２＋１４Ｍ＿１＋６Ｓ。
Karyotype analysis was performed on Arctiumlappa L. The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n=36, the karyotype formula was k(2n)=2x=36=22m+14sm, the karyotype was “2B” type, and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient. It is 58.29%. The relative length of chromosomes is 2n=36=4L+12M_2+14M_1+6S.
