《财务与会计》诞生在改革开放大潮初兴之际,开拓进取,风雨兼程,已经历了22个冬夏春秋。过去的22年,《财务与会计》经历了一个从无到有、从小到大的发展过程。发行规模不断扩大,刊物适时扩版增容,从最初的小16开32页到48页又到64页,到现在的大16开80页,容量增加了一倍多,栏目大大增加、版式结构不断调整改进、内容日趋丰富厚重,刊物的整体质量逐年提高,现已发展成为我国发行量最大、影响最为广泛的以实务为主、虚实结合、知行统一的综合性财会业务指导刊物。新世纪的钟声已经敲响,“十五”计划即将确定和实施,WTO即将加入,信息、网络技术激速介入我们的经济社会生活,知识经济大潮扑面而来,这些都将极大地促动我国社会主义市场经济的深化和完善,为企业的改革和发展、为财务会计的改革和发展,不断提出多方面的新课题。新的形势、新的任务、新的挑战,使《财务与会计》面临新世纪创业的重任。为此,本刊编辑部在新中大股份有限公司的协助下,举办《财务与会计》迎新、创新座谈会,请财会界的朋友来帮我们出谋划策,指点迷津,再创新世纪辉煌。与会来宾40多人,下面谨摘登部分来宾的赠言,以飨读者。
