On July 27, 1983, a felt earthquake occurred in Qilian County, Qinghai Province. In order to verify the conclusions we made in the previous two years of work, we organized an on-site investigation and revised the epicenter of the original instrument. Now the investigation results are described as follows: 1. Seismic parameters Seismological time: at 8:21 on July 27, 1983
