本文从控制权私人收益的内涵、控制权私人收益引发的治理后果、控制权私人收益的度量及其影响因素以及控制权私人收益的防范等几个方面对控制权私人收益领域最新的研究成果进行了系统综述,并指出了现有研究存在的主要不足及其对我国公司治理实践的启示。
This article proceeds from the connotation of the private benefits of control, the governance consequences caused by private benefits of control, the measure of private benefits of control and its influencing factors, and the prevention of private benefits of control. Summarized the system and pointed out the main problems existing in the existing research and its enlightenment to the practice of corporate governance in our country.
