金周荣的《鳀鱼》是韩国作家创作的成长小说当中最为出色的作品之一,它不仅体现了成长小说应有的所有美学特征,同时,还以作者特有的优美、生动的文体征服了广大读者。在韩国小说史上,刻画青少年主人公并描述其对家族以及周围世界有所感悟的小说应该说为数不少,然而,能够像《鳀鱼》一样既充分满足成长小说应有的所有美学特征,又能够运用如此妙趣横生的文体的作品实属罕见。
Jin Zhourong’s “Tuna” is one of the most outstanding works among the growing novels by Korean writers. It not only embodies all the aesthetic characteristics that a growing novel should possess, but also conquers readers with the graceful and vivid style unique to the author . In the history of Korean novels, there should be no shortage of novels depicting the protagonist of youth and describing their feelings about the family and the world around them. However, they can not only fully meet all the aesthetic characteristics of the novel of growth like " It is rare to use works of this entertaining style.
