本文以工业试验和大量生产数据为基础,对VOD法冶炼不锈钢的工艺进行了分析,着重讨论了VOD过程钢水温度变化规律及工艺因素对它的影响,并指出,供氧制度(包括枪高,氧气流量和氧气压力),真空制度的合理配合是控制氧化期钢水温度的关键。还原期的温降受吹后的温度、还原处理时间及铁合金冷却剂、造渣剂的加入量等因素的综合影响。通过建立随机模型进行了定量的描述。针刘氧化期喷溅问题,给出了合理的供氧强度范围。对VOD过程元素变化及去碳保铬反应做了热力学分析讨论。
Based on the industrial experiments and mass production data, the article analyzes the process of VOD smelting stainless steel, mainly discusses the variation rule of the molten steel temperature in VOD process and the influence of process factors on it, and points out that the oxygen supply system (including gun height, Oxygen flow and oxygen pressure), the rational coordination of the vacuum system is the key to control the temperature of the molten steel. The reduction of the temperature drop by the blowing temperature, reduction time and the iron alloy coolant, slagging agent added amount of factors such as the combined effect. A quantitative description is made by establishing a stochastic model. Needle Liu oxidation stage splashing, gives a reasonable range of oxygen supply intensity. The thermodynamic analysis and discussion on VOD process element change and carbon removal and chromate conversion were discussed.
