冶金部基建局于今年三月下旬在广西柳州市主持召开了《烟囱工程施工及验收规范》审定会。参加会议的有中央各有关部和部分省、市的施工、设计、科研、高等院校以及其它规范编制组等三十八个单位共四十八名代表。国家计委标准定额局派人参加会议并讲了话。该规范修订组向与会者作了关于规范的修订情况汇报,并就滑模施工混凝土脱模强度、冬季施工混凝土的养护强度及日照温差和风荷载对烟囱中心线垂直度观测的影响等问题,请负责试验、验算和观测的单位在会上作了专题介绍。
In late March of this year, the Infrastructure and Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Metallurgy presided over the “Code for the Construction and Acceptance of Chimney Projects” certification meeting in Liuzhou, Guangxi. A total of 48 delegates from 38 agencies including construction, design, scientific research, institutions of higher learning, and other standardization groups of the central ministries and departments, and some provinces and municipalities participated in the conference. The Standardization Bureau of the State Development Planning Commission sent a person to attend the meeting and made a speech. The revision group made a report to the participants on the revision of the specifications, and asked questions such as the demolding strength of concrete for slipform construction, the curing strength of concrete for winter construction, and the influence of temperature difference and wind load on the verticality of the chimney centerline. The unit responsible for testing, checking and observation made a presentation at the meeting.
