思路决定出路。医院作为政府提供公共卫生和健康服务的重要场所,担负着救死扶伤、防病治病,把党的卫生工作方针政策落实到基层,让人民群众共享医学发展成果的重要职责。笔者认为,当前及今后一段时期,医院思想政治工作要重点把握好“一二三”工作导向。1医院思想政治工作应围绕医院改革、发展、稳定1.1全力营造改革氛围改革是医院发展的不竭动力。随着医院发展的深层推进,一些体制性、机制性矛盾逐渐显现出来,成为阻碍医院发展的障碍。
