The ocean and the atmosphere are a complex interrelated and integrative whole. The phenomenon of the El Niño on the ocean causing global weather and climate anomalies has become a big issue that everyone is concerned about. In this regard, the Chinese meteorologists did not Less work and made notable progress.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the fact that the long-term oscillation of the tropical temperature field and their correlation with the El Niño phenomenon provide a useful background and focus for the long-term prediction of the tropical temperature field.This paper uses 1964 - The mean monthly temperature of 31 sites in the 850-30hpa layer of the Monthly Climatic Data For The World of the United States in 1984 and the global mean monthly sea surface temperature of the United States National Climate Center from 1946 to 1978
