和谐是天底下最珍贵的价值,是人世间最美的状态,也是人类几千年来所追求的理想境界。我国当前正处于经济社会发展变化的转型时期,存在着一些不和谐的因素。而我们要消除这些不和谐因素,则要真正落实科学发展观,构建以人为本的社会主义和谐社会。这种和谐社会的构建,要坚持以人为本,激活社会活力,使全体人民各尽其能、各得其所;坚持以人为本,促进社会公平和正义,实现社会安定团结;坚持以人为本,实现人和自然的和谐。
Harmony is the most precious value under heaven and earth, the most beautiful state in the world, and the ideal state that mankind has been pursuing for thousands of years. At present, China is in the transition period of economic and social development with some factors of discord. If we want to eliminate these discordant factors, we must truly implement the scientific concept of development and build a people-oriented socialist harmonious society. The construction of such a harmonious society must adhere to the principle of putting people first, activating social vitality, enabling all the people to do their best and work their own best; adhering to the people-oriented principle, promoting social fairness and justice, and achieving social stability and unity; and adhering to people-oriented principle and achieving harmony between man and nature.
