随着“三会一课”的制度化、规范化,党课作为党员教育的一种主要形式,已成为目前开展党员教育最直接、最有效的手段。在新的历史时期,如何增强党课的吸引力。使广大党员通过党课教育,进一步增强党性观念,提高自身的思想政治素质,在各自的工作岗位上发挥出先锋模范作用,是目前党务工作者在开展党员教育中普遍遇到的一个难题。这就要求我们这些党务工作者要积极开动脑筋,创新党课教育形式,想方设法增强党课教育的吸引力。
