研究3种免疫增强剂对动物免疫功能及睡眠的影响。给小鼠注射异丙肌普,一周后其脾淋巴细胞转化能力增强,腹腔巨噬细胞释放IL-1和TNF的能力增强,戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间明显延长;给家兔注射转移因子,一周后其血淋巴细胞转化能力增强,血清TNF水平增加,睡眠时间也明显延长;静脉或脑室内注射胞壁酰二肽,小鼠血清及脑组织中TNF水平增高,可延长家兔睡眠时间。以上结果提示增强免疫功能可延长动物睡眠时间。
The effects of three immune enhancers on immune function and sleep were studied. The above results suggest that enhancing immune function can prolong animal sleep time.
