自中国实施改革开放、积极引进外资以来,港资在众多的外来资金中始终充当着重要的角色。但客观地说,到1991年为止,前来中国内地投资者多以中小客商为主,真正的大财团大多按兵不动,作壁上观。1992年开始,尤其是在邓小平同志南巡重要谈话的推动下,香港的大阔老们开始纷纷到内地投资。至今,香港的著名财团,如长江实业、新世界发展、新鸿基地产、九龙仓、合和实业等,在内地均有大量投资。
Since China’s reform and opening up and the active introduction of foreign capital, Hong Kong capital has always played an important role in numerous foreign funds. However, objectively speaking, until 1991, many investors from mainland China came mainly from small and medium sized merchants. Most of the real consortiums did not move and stayed on top. Beginning in 1992, especially with the important speech of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour, Hong Kong’s big-grandfathers began investing in the mainland. So far, Hong Kong’s famous consortiums, such as Cheung Kong, New World Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Wharf, Hehe Industrial, have invested heavily in the Mainland.
