固体推进剂装药可靠性主要根据其力学特性进行评估。全尺寸推进剂装药的测试通常是困难的,费用也较高。本文提出了用一种特殊的、价格低的小尺寸发动机代替全尺寸发动机进行测试的新方案。这样就可以在类似推进剂装药(含88%固体CTPB)的条件下,测试推进剂的力学性能。在不同的载荷(由于温度循环和/或压力的原因)下,已经对许多模拟发动机进行了试验,并取得了试验结果。还进行了理论计算的初步分析。本文是固体装药结构可靠性分析的一部分,其他部分另文叙述。
Solid propellant charge reliability is mainly based on the mechanical properties of the assessment. Testing of full-size propellant charges is often difficult and expensive. This article proposes a new solution to test with a special, low-cost, small-size engine instead of a full-size engine. This allows the propellant to be tested for mechanical properties under propellant charge (containing 88% solids CTPB). Many different simulated engines have been tested under different loads (due to temperature cycling and / or pressure) and test results have been obtained.
