研究碳纤维纸的力学性能,并对比不同配抄纤维所成纸页的力学性能。结果表明,当采用植物纤维和碳纤维配抄时,在一定范围内增加碳纤维含量能够提高纸页的紧度、抗张强度、耐破度、撕裂度;超过这个范围会使这些力学性能急剧下降;随着碳纤维含量的提高,耐折度不断下降。采用聚乙烯/聚丙烯皮芯层双组分纤维(ES纤维)作为配抄纤维所成纸页的力学性能不如采用植物纤维所成纸页的力学性能。
The mechanical properties of carbon fiber paper were studied, and the mechanical properties of paper sheets made from different fabric fibers were compared. The results showed that when using plant fiber and carbon fiber with copy, increasing the carbon fiber content within a certain range can improve the paper tightness, tensile strength, burst resistance, tearing degree; beyond this range, these mechanical properties will be sharply decreased With the increase of carbon fiber content, the folding endurance declining. The mechanical properties of paper sheets made of polyethylene / polypropylene core-sheath bicomponent fibers (ES fibers) as paired fibers are inferior to those of paper sheets made of plant fibers.
