前不久看到这样一句话:“精神上的瘦骨嶙峋,比外貌上的面黄肌瘦更让人心痛。”此话形象地指出了现实生活中一些人的状态。当前,扶贫攻坚已进入啃骨头、攻坚拔寨的冲刺阶段,各级干部带领群众苦干实干拔穷根热火朝天。但与此同时,也有少数干部理想信念淡薄,价值取向偏移;奉献意识弱化,进取精神衰退;无上进之心、创业之志、开拓之勇、昂扬之气;或贪图享乐、虚掷年华;或得过且过、无所用心;或沉迷网络、浑浑噩噩,如盲人骑瞎马,夜半临深池,随时都有坠落的危险。

At present, the crucial task of helping the poor has entered the sprint of tackling tough issues and tackling hardships. Cadres at all levels have led the masses to work hard and do their best. However, at the same time, there are also a few cadres whose ideals and beliefs are weak and their values are shifted. Their dedication is weakened and their entrepreneurial spirit is deteriorating. They are ambitious, entrepreneurial, courageous and high-spirited. Or had too much, nothing to mind; or addicted to the network, unexamined, such as blind riding a blind horse, deep pool at midnight, ready to fall at any time.
