近年来,广东省各级劳动部门在贯彻《劳动法》和《广东妇女发展规划》,保障妇女劳动权益方面做了大量工作,取得了可喜的成绩。但是,随着广东省社会经济的不断发展和企业改革的不断深化,女性就业、女工劳动保护等劳动权益保障方面还存在一些困难与问题。一是优化产业结构,发展高新技术产业与妇女整体素质不高的矛盾,严重影响了女性就业。特别是年龄偏大、技能单一下岗女工,再就业的难度很大。目前全省共有技师21825人,其中女技师1439
In recent years, the labor departments at all levels in Guangdong Province have done a great deal of work in fulfilling the “Labor Law” and the “Guangdong Women’s Development Plan” to safeguard the rights and interests of women and have made gratifying achievements. However, with the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of enterprise reform in Guangdong Province, there are still some difficulties and problems in guaranteeing employment rights and protection of labor rights such as female employment. First, the optimization of industrial structure, the development of high-tech industries and women’s overall quality is not high contradiction, seriously affecting the employment of women. In particular, older women with a single skill set may find it very difficult to re-employ. There are currently 21825 technicians in the province, of whom 1439 are female technicians
